RTO General Manager Master Class

A question we get asked quite often is whether we know anyone who could take on the ‘General Manager’s role at an RTO.  Unfortunately, we have come across very few people in the industry who would make good general managers.

The reason for a very limited pool of high quality RTO General Managers is because of lack of specific training, or lack of understanding of compliance or business management; and more importantly because of a complete lack of leadership and people management skills within the specific RTO context.

Given the significant value of the training industry in Australia, and the unfulfilled demand for high quality candidates for general management positions within RTOs, we decided to offer a specialised 4-day ‘RTO GM MASTER CLASS’, the only talent building RTO specific program for emerging RTO managers in Australia.

Do you have someone in your organisation who could become your next GM?

Are you an aspiring General Manager or are you planning to buy or register your own RTO?

If you answered ‘YES’ to any of the above questions, this unique 4-day program is for you or your selected employee.
